I'd like to search for and edit the posts that I made with pictures of my kids. I'd like to remove the link or the reference to the picture.
Could someone explain how I can do this please? I've tried fooling around with the search function without any luck.

Search for the "[ img ]" tags (I added spaces to keep the board from goofing with the tag). The search function requires at least 4 characters, so use the brackets too. It works, but you'll probably get a lot of false hits. Still it's easier and quicker than searching for all your posts.

Oops. I forgot that search doesn't seem to look at tags. Since all pictures are URLs, search for something like "http:" or ".jpg" These should return plenty of hits.

Looks like whatever pictures he put up were taken down in the forum cleaning.

Maybe you need to try searching all open forums.
Cuz, you know, he posted at 12:44 p.m. GMT+1 today.

Look for posts made by you, using part of the URL for the pics you posted. ie:
http / picture.hosting.site / ~mattyb / Pictures / familyphotos / kidstorchingcar.jpg
In the above example, look for "familyphotos". Any component of the URL should be searchable, provided it is at least 4 characters long. Set the Search to return results as posts for additional speed.

OK cheers for the advice. I either have stuff at my Smugmug page or via Dropbox. I'm going through the Smugmug stuff now.
Thanks again.
