It looks like parts of that page didn't render correctly...maybe the "iPhone detected" bit was also part of that glitch.

That is a test server. Someone must have made a config error just as you loaded a page. Looks like it has a ways to go. For example, the Forums tab isn't selected. And it has the default vB style.
