Hey,

Does anyone know of any loop editors? Something that helps you make loops and tweak them?

I am working with WAV, AIFF, and CD Audio tracks, plan on picking up Peak LE on Monday but was hoping there was a VST Plugin or Stand Alone application that can speed the creation of loops.

System currently is:
Titanium PB 800/ 1gb Ram/60gb HD
Ableton Live
Quicktime Pro 6
Peak LE (demo until monday)

have you looked at recycle?

propellarheads have announced that their entire line will be moving to X, hopefully soon, like before the end of the year.

recycle is a pretty good program, v 2.0 really improved on 1.0, but i mainly use it to do small edits/transfer loops. my main looping machine is still my trusty akai s2000.

I tried out Peak (full version with Loop Surfer) but that was not so great, so for now I will be using Peak LE (which I just picked up at the Apple Store).

When the Recycle hit OS X I will give it a spin. But these days I do not go back to 9 for anything.
