please see my lengthy post below. the elgato people seem to be stuck in the old days...when a seller cared if the customer was satisfied!! what is wrong with these people?? don't they know i'm supposed to be on the phone for a long time and get really frustrated???? they were so courteous, helpful and friendly... i felt my eyes begin to glaze over. i felt myself begin to ask for there employee number and to speak with their supervisor, out of habit... WEIRD MAN! ... seriously, was just trying to folks a heads up. thanks all...
