Can Premiere export high quality MPEG's ?

	We need to export to the web and I am not sure if Premiere 6.5 will do this? Do you know? If not then we will use iMovie to capture and edit the DV files and buy Cleaner to save in MPEG format? Cleaner and Premiere 6.5 cost about the same so we could go either route I just want to know which is best. I know Premiere is a lot better than iMovie for editing but if we can't export to web then we'll got he other route. I just can't ask my boss to buy both Cleaner and Premiere. BTW I have a 933MHz G4 with a SuperDrive. Thanks.
