Hi,

Does anybody know if it is possible to play a DVD-R burned with iDVD on a Playstation 2?
Or doesn't the Playstation allow to play DVD-R discs?

Thanks!

I've sent a few iDVD burned discs to a friend with a PS2 and she said they played OK. That was with Apple's own media so you may have problems with other types. Compatibility can be a tricky thing with DVD-r's.

if the playstation is up to par with consumer DVD players, then you should have no trouble.

I've burned lots of DVD-Rs (Apple's DVD-R discs) via iDVD, and every single one of those discs plays fine on multiple DVD players--in consumer players and computer DVD drives.

What is used to make disc images for burning in iDVD for ps2 games?

I used to use astarte to make disc images....I've gotten lazy about b/c I haven't quite figured out how to do the same in OS X. Can somebody tell me?
Now I know, and knowing is half the battle!
