Still no Dolby Digital on Jaguar.

However, if you do the "About" for DVD 3.2 you see the DOLBY DIGITAL logo. I wonder why?

Even with Dolby Suround, one has to down sample to get stereo, which involves Dolby Digital logic. Hence the logo appearing.

Many DVDs are labeled Dolby Digital, but are stero or Mono. The key is seeing Dolby Digital 5.1 or Dolby Pro-Logic for true surround sound. Dolby Digital simply means the Dobly processor has digitized the sound.
