I've been getting no results when doing a search in the browser for clips by name, even though I know there's many clips containing the search word. What am I doing wrong?
Few facts-running FCP2 on a G4 400. I usually capture my material as one long shot, then use DV start/stop detection to get induvidual shots. Then I go through each shot, and rename each accordingly. (ls, ms, cu, ng, characters, etc..) I've tried every variation of options possible in the find window, still, I get "no matching items" There's been no other problems editing otherwise.
Does FCP have a problem with renamed clips in the browser?
Any possible workaround? Or am I missing something obvious here? Thanks.
