I have two AVI files, and I'm looking for a utility I can use to join them into one non-dependent file. I do not want them re-encoded however, just joined. I found a util for windows in VPC, but oddly enough, I can play the divx avi fine on my mac, but it won't play in windows 2000. Oh well, I want a mac util anyway. Anyone know of a way?

I think quicktime pro can do this - assuming you can open the files in quicktime.

Yes you are right i forgot about that... i tried them raw and the remaining file wouldn't run in the divx fixer apps, but now im fixing them all up and turning them into .mov's and THEN im going to join them, and i be/hope everything's goona be fine/
