I'm currently using an mbox with my ibook 700 and i'm in the market for a new keyboard. Through my work i can get an oxygen 8 for 90 bucks. I already have reason 2. Really the only thing i need the keyboard for is for a few very simple piano parts. nothing major.
does the fact that i have to create the piano in reason than export it to protools create such a pain in the butt that i should just get a normal, cheap keyboard? Or should i take advantage of the oxygen 8/ reason?
any advice would be greatly appreciated.
