can't export to MPEG-2 anymore?

I have Quicktime Pro 6 but can't seem to export to MPEG-2 anymore. Did I dream that I was able to do it in vers5? What am I supposed to use to export my FCP or DVs to MPEG-2 to then import in DVD Studio Pro 1.5?

in qt pro 6, you have to pay extra for it. maybe another $20-30 USD. I know, that's lame.

You can get playback of MPEG-2 for 19.00 US

But it doesn't allow you to export to MPEG-2

How can I get it back?
