Hmm, most of the little 30 second clips of music for the background music in iDVD are pretty annoying. And I haven't found any songs that I can clip 30 seconds from without it numbing my brain the 3rd time it repeats.

So what do you guys use for the audio when you make a DVD. Is there anyplace to find short commercial-like tunes.

I've found a few sounds from menus in store bought DVD's, but I can't figure out where the menu sounds are kept. I've used DVDBackup, but it's no use there.

I'm wondering if it would just be easier to record the sound with analog off the TV, then import it to my iMac than to use OSex or dvdextractor or whatnot.

has lots of royality free socalled "loops"...- probably you find there something you prefer... sometimes a compositing of some sfx is what you want - depends of the content of your dvd...- e.g.: holidays in scotland: rain & thunder effects, pix from barbados: just waves...- just run your imagination wild...- ;-)))
