Any idea of when this might be coming? Also, will plug-ins still work for it, or will they have to be rewritten? Any idea of any new features?

I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

I think that it's been announced, but that doesn't mean too much.

MOTU doesn't even have drivers out yet for any of their audio interfaces other than the 828, and that one is still a beta. OS X has been out for over a year. It's getting ridiculous. True, Jaguar supposedly made a lot of inprovements to the audio engine, but nothing else has even been announced as far as I know. And I realize that the software is complicated, more so than just a simple CoreAudio driver, but please. I'd be mighty pissed if I had bought an 896 like my friend, and then have the company be so slow to release drivers.

By the way, the XP drivers were released a while ago.....

Although MOTU does have some good products, I don't know about their OS X support.

I'm personally going to buy Logic because it is going to most likely be the most reliable and best integrated program.
We need less Democrats and Republicans, and more people that think for themselves.
