hello hello!
heres the thing, i dont know much about the quicktime streaming sever and broadcaster, and we need both running by this friday for an event this saturday! want to know the event? its here

http://mecca.mine.nu/40hours/

now as for my issue, we need to set up a streaming system.
what will happen is we'll be in the garage, with three dv cameras connected to however many macs we need, that will broadcast using QTB over to a co-location that will have GOBS AND GOBS of bandwidth.

now heres the thing. how will we set up the software?
all the macs will be running os x, the co-location will be running debian 3. as far as i know, the QSS will work on debian 3.

by the way, i would have given more warning, but we just thought of this today!
