Where can I find MacMpeg2Converter?

According to MacUpdate there is a Web page for the utility MacMpeg2Converter. However, it seems that this page fell prey to the conversion of iTools to .Mac. Apparently, MacMpeg2Converter's author, Wade Kamkoff, did not upgrade, and now I can't find the software.

Does anyone out there know, where I can get it?

I don't use MM2C, only MM2D, so I don't know if this is the latest version
blackmail is such an ugly word. I prefer extortion. the X makes it sound cool

The reason I was looking for MM2C is that the various versions of MM2D that are floating around all crash on my Jaguar system. Alas.
