SVCD menu question...

Hiya.

I finally solved all of my VCD problems (thanks, especially, to LucyLawless), and now I'm a little confused about SVCD menus. I'm using VCD Builder, which seems to be pretty cool. So far, though, my "menus" are just static pictures. Can SVCD menus be used to do anything else? Is there a way to do this on a Mac?
