have been thoroughly researching Dazzle Hollywood, ForMac Studio, Matrox RT Mac, and Canopus a/d converters. I have a new G4 w/dual 1.5's and Final Cut Pro. What is the least buggy device, what are limitations (can't afford a Digital Voodoo or Aja type system) Recommendations and Warnings much appreciated!

I like my dazzle just fine. And I think it's the cheapest. mine was 229 at buy.com last christmas. The only problem I've found is discussed here. I don't know anything about the other products.

you might want to specify what you will be using the device for (I never output to tape, only input)
blackmail is such an ugly word. I prefer extortion. the X makes it sound cool

Get a Sony mini-dv deck. Do you really need a card?
