I was just curious about the quality of footage recorded from a VCR in 10.2 with the InterView USB Cable,

Well, it's 320 x 240 but otherwise it's great. Full resolution is aroung 640 x 480.

The final movie's quality depends of the compression you use. I use the Interview codec, it works fine.
