Simple ? - Combining 2 MP3s into one MP3 file

The title really says it all... how do I take 2 MP3 files and merge them into one long MP3? I'm looking for the quickest, easiest way to do it without a lot of expensive software....

If you have QT Pro, its as simple as cut/paste, cut/paste, save as...

are you trying to burn a cd like that? if so just make the second track have a 0 second delay. if not quicktime pro is the answer
