Entire Album mp3s (Not Albumwrap)

How do I best split up an "Entire Album" mp3 into it's respective tracks. I have 50 such so I don't want to spend hours doing this. Just the ability to do the splitting and save the seperate tracks in a new folder is what I'm after. I could then use CDDB to rename the tracks correctly.

Why do people prefer single file MP3 albums? I hate them, since there seems to be nothing to automatically split them available for OS X.

There is always quicktime to manually split files, but what a pain.

Any help would be appreciated.
