My digital camera decided to pack it in, and after a fruitless search for the receipt of purchase / guarentee I try the only resource left to me, changing the flash card.

Lo and behold the camera started working again, relief.

So is it possible to repair a flash card or is there a way to format it? Run it under a magnet or stick it in a microwave or something?

The camera doesn't recognise it at all.

The offending stick is a 128 mb jobbie, the working stick 32 mb.
