Not sure if this is the right catagory for this question.

I have many QT movies on my website, not all the same pixel width/height.

I am looking for an easy trick or shareware to create little 125 x 125 thumbnails of the QT movies showing the QT interface with a paticular scene from the QT.

Kinda like these:

]samples I like

I like how they are all the same size and have drop shadows.

I understand I can do a screen capture and resize in photoshop, but there has to be a down and dirty short cut trick or shareware to do the same thing.

Thank you, DD

Looks like a photoshop job to me. If you look the player is the same image for each movie. A still from each movie has been taken, resized and pasted into the frame.

I will make some Photoshop templates.

But I can't be the first one to be looking for shareware to do this.

Maybe I will "barrow" some QT frame images from Apple.

Um...maybe not what you are looking for but in QTPro you can "set poster frame" which means you just tick yourself to the frame you would like to show up as the preview frame?! It will not display the full QT player window like in these examples thought...only the previewframe as well as the timeline in the bottom.
