What is the iMovie DV file size limit?

4.3 GB DV files won't import into iMovie.

I seem to recall somebody saying there was a 2 GB limit or something.

I think you are right. When importing from a camera, iMovie will force a new clip at 9 minutes. If you do the math, I think 9 minutes works out roughly 2GB.

can you splice the two (or more) clips together to make one long movie?
