.m1v in FCP3 Problem

	Whenver I try to import a .mpeg that I demuex to a .M1V file, I get a problem. Even after I render the video I get these color problems. It shows some colors as white with red/green stripes through them. It seems like it is a color setting problem but I checked in my Audio/Video setting and that didnt help. Thanks for the help.
