OK, I'm currently trying to decide on a new TV tuner device and from everything I've read in the past, these 2 are the best choices...
My only problem is that I'm not fully certain as to what the differences between the 2 are!!!
One is a little smaller than the other, but other than that I can't figure out what the differences are...
I keep reading each list and do not see any diffinative differences... Are there any???

This doesn't answer your question, but here's my perspective on MyTV. The rate of software development from Eskape Labs for the MyTV stuff has picked up recently, but the software still doesn't seem to be as good as that from newcomer EyeTV. You may want to check out versiontracker.com for user feedback on the latest releases. I'm still using the 1.0 beta MyTV app b/c the all the MyTV software after that gives me choppy video. It's rediculous. Also, there's still no option to automate recording (like programming a VCR).

i was just looking at the devices on their web site. check the specs, they are two different devices. the MyTV captures 30fps ntsc at 320x240 using mjpeg compression. the 2GO only does like 23fps. the 2GO has cable ready tuner, none on the MyTV.
it seems like the MyTV is meant mainly for capturing and sending back to tape. the 2GO is more for just watching TV on your computer and not really for capturing (as it says on the site, "Grab still images and SHORT Quicktime movies from TV, VCR or camcorder". and it seems the 2GO doesn't allow video out.
i'd say, if you want to watch tv on your mac, this seems like a cheap solution, it's under $100. now, if you're looking for PVR functions and probably better quality, i'd have to go EyeTV, like pdot mentioned.
