Viewing DVCAM tape on MiniDV camera?

I need to view a Sony DVCAM tape on my Sony Handycam MiniDV camera, TVR11. But when I play the tape I just get colored bars and a tone.

Will DVCAM tapes play on my camera? A client sent me the tape with some stock footage. I requested a MiniDV tape but this is what they sent.

Appreciate any feedback.

No it won't. I think DV Cam records at a faster tape speed to give better quality. You'll need to find a DV Cam machine to play it.
