I have a semi-large collection of digitized music videos (~275) and am looking for an application that will allow me to DJ them.
I want it to be able to output to a second monitor (aka projector) while the control screen remains on the primary monitor for control.
Any one know of any applications that will allow this?
Thanks

I downloaded it and checked out the demo, but it's not quite what i was looking for. It seems that it was made for DJ'ing music and then adding visual effects. It also doesn't allow importing of .mpg movies (which is my main format).
I would like to DJ real music videos, the vast majority of them being .mpg files.
Any other suggestions? Thanks.

I wrote this program which can do what I think you want to do
http://nsorscher.home.attbi.com/apps/MH.html
you may have to go wild with the settings, since this is not the primary purpose of it, but I did spend some time troubleshooting the multi-monitor-full-screen features with a few people, so even if they didn't catch every bug, you can contact me about it. There's a setting I think you have to change, so that fullscreen is exited by Esc only instead of any keystroke. The only feature that comes to mind that you might want is it doesn't do that fade-in to the next track you sometimes see with apps like this. I don't know how to code that.

my bad. i thought it would let you take videos you had and add filters live as well as doing playlist. Uncle Skeleotns Metadata Hootenany is easy to use and free. hope it works for you.

Try Megaseg. Demo is downloaded at www.megaseg.com. Truly the best solution out there for video and mp3 mixing from the DJ, VJ, or radio station perspective. Also can do live streaming... simply AWESOME!
