Hi,

I'd like to know how to use the XSKey with a fresh install of Logic Audio 5.5. I don't know anything about this as it is for a friend of mine using that kind of software.

All I know is that he has a file named XSKey and can't use it properly, what is the right way to proceed ?

thanks for taking time to try to help...

do you actually have the XSKey dongle? THats what you need. Plug it in to a USB port and voila.

This thread is going to get locked.

To use Logic you need a dongle, which is a little USB device (looks like a pen drive). The xskey file looks for this device, but if it's not there, the app won't run. And as far as I know, there are no work arounds, and since it's been two years, I woundn't hold my breath. If you want to run Logic, you have to buy it.
We need less Democrats and Republicans, and more people that think for themselves.
