just looking for a pretty simple midicontroller to use with reason.

any other options i've overlookked in the same price range...or so?

not to be indecisive, but they're both capable controllers. why not go to a music store & see how they feel??

the keyboard action, the aesthetics...

(myself, using an oxy8)

but planning on getting the (more expensive) ozone, an oxy8 with a good audio interface.

u might go to the "reason" board (for example) and scout out opinions. (do a search)

here.


otherwise, try them. the edirol has all those cool sliders, but...how do the keys feel? be sure there are drivers for your os, too (m-audio has drivers for the oxy8 in both os9 & X..)

and samash owns mannys (!), so it's all the same...
