Creating qt's for iDVD in aFX

Just putting together a animated folio in iDVD and creating bits for the Folio in After Fx.

As I am a UK user do i create my output movie for PAL with Square or rect pixels in After Efects. And am i best creating an uncompressed quicktime and let iDVD encode it?
