iMovie 3 & DVD Studio Pro 2

Sooo, i've been using iMovie since it's incarnation, and it works just fine for me and my work. (i would like to learn Final Cut Pro but i don't have that kind of time right now) My main question is whether i'll be able to take projects from iMovie and move them into DVD Studio Pro 2.0. I know when you go to export that IS NOT an option, but can you just save the movie and them import it? Thanks...
