Not sure whether to post this here or in "software", but here goes:

Having a Mac with A/V in, and using a small standard RCA connector camera, what software would I need to automatically store this video to the HD and send a "live" picture to a web page (I am running Mac OS 9.1) ?

Try EvoCam- www.evological.com . Good stuff.
