I have a 3.2 harddrive on my ibook with only 700mb available. I would like to burn a cd but have had problems. I get an error which says"startup disk full" From what I understand with Itunes you need double the media space in order to burn a disk. For example to burn a 700mb disk I need 1400 mb of disk space. My question - Is there anyway around this instead of removing all of my files and making space? How about other cd burning software? How about an external harddrive?

Thanks

Roxio Toast doesn't need twice the space. I imagine their audio mastering app Jam also doesn't. for free there's Missing Media Burner, but I don't know if it does audio, or just VCD
