I've done a search and found one post that says it doesn't and one that says it does but the analogue pass through doesn't work with macs.

So,
1, Can I use the DV In/Out with macs?
2, Can I use the Camera as a DV bridge allowing me to get my Video from analogue sources into the mac and back out to the same analogue sources?

Thanks.

I have a PC120 and have had no problems getting the DV out to the mac. I haven't tried it the other way, but I would have thought that it should work as well.
You will need a 4 pin to 6 pin firewire cable (avialble from any PC World). iMovie captures the video from the camcorder fine and you can control the camcorder with iMovie when you are importing.

Thanks, now I at least know it works with macs.

Still need to know:

1: dv-in (mac to camera)
2: analogue pass through (mac to analogue & analogue to mac)

I'm going to the dreaded pcworld tomorrow because I know they sell DV cams and macs so I'll ask the dipstick nicely if I can try one out.
