i don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but 10.2.5. has improved my iMovie 3 experience. actually, i complained about how unstable (and therefore unusable) iMovie 3 was under 10.2.4. it was slow, bloated, and unresponsive.

however, since upgrading to 10.2.5 iMovie 3 seems faster and more responsive on my machine (733Mhz/G4 tower/512MB RAM). i know this is not an illusion as i tried using it (iMovie 3) many times before 10.2.5 and always went back to iMovie 2.

this revelation makes me wonder was iMovie 3 acutally a 10.2.5 application that was released early?

Thanks for the heads-up. I gave up on iMovie3 as well, and haven't installed 10.2.5 yet. Maybe I'll try again.

What other problems were you having?

I am having a b*tch of a time exporting, it is clunky and skips, did you have this problem? is it solved?

Did you have problems with transitions?
Sound?
Credits?
picture imports?
