Well...there is a comment from someone at MacUser magazine on the site, so I doubt they were reviewing the camera for Windows users only. This could all be insignificant if these quotes are made up though. Just thought this observation might help, I don't own the camera.

This is a neat idea but not ready for picture taking. I have one. It will not work on the mac. Even if it did I'd steer you away from it because the picture quality is pure crap. Not really useable. Not a good way to spend $25.
