I am curious to see where the iPod goes next, as other makers, such as e.Digital, attack its leading position. Apple will offer USB 2.0 support for Windows by June, which will require users to purchase a special cable ($19) and download new software. Im curious about the hidden record feature, which many techies have discovered and written about on iPod sites. It allows six-second voice recording, but Apple is mum on the subject.
Any links or ideas on how to do it. Pictures. I would like to get the new 30 gig ipod as well as the battry attachment.

I would like to see a feature on the iPOD that would allow you to down load your photos from your digital camera (when on a 2-3 week vacation say). Now that iPOD has USB2 and FW, is there a reason for this feature not to happen?
