Is it possible to use adio plugins with FCP 2 or 3 like SFXMachine? I downloaded the demo but can't seem to get it to work. If not does anyone know of a good audio program I can get that does not have too steep of a learning curve? I recently finished a project that needs a lot of audio work due to extraneous noise like highways and such. Thanks.

It is a fully featured professional audio editor, and it's free. It even supports AU (Apple's OS X native plug-in format) as well as the currently more popular VST format plug-ins and is a better product than any version of Peak.

As far as plug-in support in FCP is concerned. I'm not sure when AU plug-in support was introduced i.e. whether in 3.0 or 4.0...sorry

Hey thanks a million for the advice, I installed it last night, is there a tutorial that I can download somewhere, or a help file for beginners? I am completely lost, for some reason I cannot get any audio to play through my speakers. Thanks.
