Can one use the wealth of current iDVD templates with the new DVD Studio Pro 2?

I think I posted in the wrong forum earlier. Apologies.

Yes, but you need to do a custom install of DVD Studio Pro 2 to have the iDVD templates installed along with the rest of the DVDSP2 packages.

Once the iDVD templates are installed, they appear as just another template for your use.

Thanks for the info. I want to install third party iDVD 3 Theme pak's. How will they be recognized/used by the installed Studio Pro 2?

Hmmm good question, I don't use any third party themes, so I haven't tried bring any in.

Beside posting here, I think a post on Apples DVD Pro forums would bring some helpful responses.
