I realize that a $100 Televio would be better, but I saw at a CompUSA ad for a Pinnacle PCTV for only $30. Would it be possible to use this under Mac OS X or even a PPC Linux distribution? I saw some Linux software called Freevo which is 3rd party software that might work under PPC Linux/X11:

Any comments would be appreciated.

EDIT: I found this page, where someone had the Freevo software working on their Mac with Yellow Dog Linux:

I don't know if it would works with the PCTV though.
