I filmed some old Super 8 footage from a projector screen, but even though it looked perfectly centered on the Digicam's LCD I've got a black stripe at the bottom I'd like to get rid of.

Is it possible to crop the bottom, and center the film in a black frame, and if so how?

I'm pretty new at FCE and I'd appreciate any help I could get.
