quick question:

I have a Pioneer A05 burner. Thinking of getting a standalone DVD recorder that only records on +R/+RW media.

Will my -R drive be able to read them?

If it is a newer drive it should be able to read both formats. It might be a good idea to try it out if you know somone that can burn you a copy of each.

Most -R drives can read +R, but not all of them. I can't remember about the A05 off hand though.

If nobody here knows, then try dvdrhelp.com

Thanks Eug & nate_02.
