I own a set of SoundSticks speakers, and am very happy with the sound (and bass from the sub-w) it produces. However I've had it for a while and I'm seeing new speakers come to the market, like JBL. I've also seen Sony ones that look like cylinders with a glass
shield or something.

I've seen these at Apple Stores but you can't really compare the sound because it's too noisy. Has anyone had the chance to compare these speakers?

Harmon-Kardon and JBL are made by the same company, so I don't see any reason why the JBLs would be better than Soundsticks, which use 4 drivers instead of one.

It's close, but I think from what I've heard, I like the sound sticks over JBL or HK.

i compared the soudsticks and these side by side on the same G4, and found these to sound better. so that's what i went with.

I've been researching the Soundsticks and the JBL creature, Philips, Boston, yadiyadi yahyah...they all get 60/40 reviews! So hey hey hey, this was the final touchdown! How sweet it is!
