So, I'm wanting to buy a new stereo for my car primarily so I can plug my iPod into it directly. I'd prefer to get one that has a built-in line in rather than having to run wires from the AUX myself. And, since at least some models I've seen (haven't looked very hard yet) also play MP3 CDs, I figured that might be a nice feature to have even though I probably wouldn't use it very often.
So, first question: any recommendations on good car stereos with line ins? I don't need top of the line, just something decent that's not sucky.
Second question: are there any car stereos that will play file formats other than MP3? Specifically, AAC? I fear the question to this is no, and in the small amount of looking online I haven't found one, but I figured I'd ask just in case.
