How to chop off end of Divx?

I have a Divx that is a few MB too large to put on a CD-R 700MB CD. Anyone know how I can get this to 700MB on Mac OS X 10.3? Maybe by chopping off end? What tools, etc?

Quicktime Pro. Select your in and out points using the time markers, copy/paste into an new player and save.
