does anyone have any info on how to make an enhanced cd?

i have a friend who would like to include a short music video we made on a cd alongside his single.

so we want it to play the audio in a cd player and video in a CD-ROM

An Enhanced CD is a multisession CD. The audio session comes before the video session, such that CD players ignore the video session.
