Best way to make a burnable NTSC DVD from a PAL DVD?

Read the thread topic. Any suggestions on how you do it best? I'm wondering if the encryption removal of "DVD Backup" does the job.

no, it won't.

PAL and NTSC have different frame sizes and different framerates. So you will have to re-encode the whole thing, which takes forever and never looks as good as the original. I would say your time alone makes it worth just buying the other version of it

if it's to watch an NTSC disc on a PAL player, don't bother. 99% of PAL players can play and convert NTSC video to PAL, on the fly.

in case of accidental ingestion, consult a mortician.
