Hello all...

What is the slowest computer that people have been successful at running iDVD 3? I recently installed a Pioneer Superdrive in my Powermac G4 - 500 Mhz, and it works great. The only problem is that I cannot run iDVD 3. The computer stalls for hours at a time, and it is completely unusable. Is my computer just too slow to run iDVD, or is there another possible problem? I even did a clean installation of OS X.3, and it still didn't work.

Opinions?

hmmm...i'm running a G4 450, and iDVD3 seems to work okay. then again, i've only used it like once. and it is kinda slow to encode, but other than that, it worked fine.

Is your G4 a single or dual processor? What version of OS X are you running?
