Is there any way to encode videos into MPEG 1 clips? I am using FCP 4. I used to do it in OS 9 using the "export to Toast video CD" option in imovie, but it's kind of a pain to export a dv stream file from FCP, open OS 9, import it and then export it. I figure there must be an easier way.

Option 1) Buy Toast 6.

Option 2) Save as FCP Movie (no compression, etc.) and convert to MPEG-1 using ffmpegX.
