Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with cleaner 6?

Since upgrading to 10.3 with quicktime 6.5 and I noticed that my video files no longer "quick-start" (start playing while still downloading) on my website.

Anyone else notice this problem?
Anyone have a solution to this?

What format did you output your video to ?

I'm using Sorenson 3 compression with output to a quicktime movie (.mov)

This is supposed to quickstart (start playing before download is completed) but it no longer does this like it used to.
